UMass Medical School signs MOU with Tongji UniversityOn February 12th, 2009 the China Institute worked with UMass Medical School and Tongji University School of Medicine (TUSM) to sign a Memorandum of Understanding that will foster the establishment of educational exchange programs and promote development of joint studies, research and training between UMass Medical School and Tongji University. The MOU will formalize collaborations on medical education curriculum design, stem cell research and student exchange.
