Dr. Liu's talk will cover the framework and steps of marketing in China and discuss the successful methods American companies can utilize to market their products and services.   Using practical examples and case studies, Dr. Liu will walk you through the China market, help you find the best ways to research your market, and help you avoid the stumbling blocks of unprepared companies.

Raymond Liu is a tenured professor of marketing at the College of Management, University of Massachusetts Boston. His research interests include Country Image, e-Marketing, Online Community, Customer Value, Customer Satisfaction, Complaint Behavior, Customer Relationship Management, Cross-Cultural Consumer Behavior, and Organizational Learning and Knowledge Management. His research work has been published in variety of academic Journals. Dr. Liu has over twenty years of consulting experience for both Chinese and US firms and nonprofit organizations. In addition, he is also the winner for many research and teaching awards in the US.
